About the role
Sell Ford vehicles in person at Trillium Ford Shelburne, using customer service and product knowledge to guide confident purchase decisions.
This full-time, permanent Automotive Sales Associate role covers new Ford, Previously Driven, and Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. You will build customer relationships, demonstrate vehicle features, manage inquiries, and support purchases from initial contact through delivery. The position is based in Mono, Ontario, with commission-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized dealership experiences
- Recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
- Demonstrate features, technology, safety systems, and options
- Conduct presentations and accompany customers on test drives
- Manage leads, appointments, communications, and follow-up in CRM
- Represent Ford at Trillium Ford Shelburne through customer-focused selling, vehicle expertise, CRM management, and professional follow-up.
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC certification and registration eligibility
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and insurable driving record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Comfort using computers, digital tools, and CRM software
- Availability for evenings and Saturdays
