Job description
Honda Centre Ville, a leading player in the Montreal automotive industry, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to drive our establishment to new heights. Within a dynamic company, you will play a strategic role in overseeing all operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the sustainable growth of our Honda Centre.
As a leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and effectively managing all daily activities, while maintaining a stimulating and safe work environment for our employees. You will work closely with the various teams to achieve performance objectives, optimize profitability, and preserve the dealership’s brand image.
Ideal candidates have a proven track record of at least three years in management in the automotive sector or a related field, with a solid understanding of the issues related to sales, after-sales service, and team management. Leadership, operational excellence, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to innovate are essential qualities for success in this role.
