Job Description Under the responsibility of the board of directors and in close collaboration with operational management, you are in charge of defining and executing the overall strategy, financial performance, and supervising daily activities. You ensure alignment between business objectives, customer requirements, and quality standards, while protecting and enhancing the company’s reputation in the local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall strategy aligned with profitability, growth, and customer service objectives.
- Oversee the activities of operational, commercial, financial, and human resources divisions, ensuring effective coordination among teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, safety, and environmental practices, while promoting continuous improvement.
- Lead financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, suppliers, partners, and industry organizations.
- Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent; establish a culture of excellence, integrity, and performance.
- Represent the company with authorities, partners, and the Toyota network when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for the board of directors.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent.
- Experience in the automotive sector is highly desired; experience with the Toyota network is a significant asset.
- Higher education (e.g., MBA, Master's in management, engineering, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership, results-oriented, strategic sense, and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in French; English is an asset.
- Mastery of management tools (ERP, Excel, financial analysis) and knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO, etc.).
- Availability and mobility within the local area, with the ability to operate in a competitive and constantly evolving environment.
