Role Overview

As the Growth & Performance Manager, you'll spearhead data-driven growth strategies to optimize lead generation, funnel performance, and customer lifecycle across sales, parts, and service divisions. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role focused on accountability, measurable outcomes, and improving conversion and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all inbound lead channels and optimize the full sales funnel.
  • Drive campaign strategy aligned with inventory and OEM programs.
  • Enhance digital platforms including SEO and merchandising.
  • Develop CRM strategies to boost retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and governance.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in performance marketing or digital growth, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven history of improving lead quality, conversions, and ROI. Automotive experience isn't required but experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-performance digital environments is a plus.

Compensation

$100,000 to $125,000 yearly base plus performance bonuses tied to KPIs.
