Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth & Performance Manager to lead business growth through optimizing lead generation, digital performance, and customer lifecycle management across sales, service, and parts operations. This data-driven, performance-oriented role demands accountability and ownership to drive measurable outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of all inbound lead channels and full funnel performance.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with inventory and OEM programs.
- Manage digital platforms, SEO, merchandising, and website performance.
- Advance customer retention, loyalty programs, and online reputation management.
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, compliance, and reporting.
Candidate Profile
