Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth & Performance Manager to spearhead business growth by optimizing lead generation, digital performance, and the customer journey across sales, service, and parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound lead channels and optimize the entire funnel from traffic to sale
- Align campaigns with inventory and OEM programs across locations
- Enhance website SEO, merchandising, and lead generation
- Develop CRM-driven retention and loyalty strategies
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and deliver measurable results
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates bring 5-8 years of performance marketing or digital growth experience with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of improving lead quality, conversion, and ROI. Backgrounds in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-performance digital environments are highly valued.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus with total compensation from $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
