Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Manager to lead data-driven strategies that boost lead generation, digital performance, and customer engagement. This role drives measurable results across sales, service, and parts operations by optimizing the entire sales funnel—from traffic to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and funnel performance optimization across multiple digital channels
  • Campaign strategy aligned with inventory and OEM programs
  • Website, SEO, and merchandising ownership for inbound demand growth
  • Customer lifecycle and retention management through CRM and loyalty programs
  • Budget and vendor management ensuring maximum ROI

What We Seek

  • 5-8 years in performance marketing or digital growth with proven results
  • Strong analytical skills focused on revenue and conversion enhancement
  • Experience in multi-location business environments is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, accountable setting

Compensation

Annual base salary plus performance bonus, ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, rewarding your impact and success.
