Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth & Performance Manager to lead business growth by optimizing lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing ROI across our dealerships. This is a data-driven, performance-centered role focused on measurable results and full funnel ownership from traffic to sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead channels and optimize the full sales funnel.
  • Develop targeted campaigns aligned with inventory and OEM priorities.
  • Enhance website performance and SEO to drive organic demand.
  • Execute CRM strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and performance reporting.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in performance marketing or digital growth, preferably in multi-location or high-performance digital environments. Automotive experience is not required but a strong analytical mindset and a focus on revenue impact are essential.

Compensation

Competitive package with a base salary plus performance bonuses, total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 based on KPI achievement.
