Role Summary
Join us as a Growth & Performance Manager accountable for driving business growth through data-driven lead generation, funnel optimization, and enhanced digital performance across sales, service, and parts. This role is focused on measurable outcomes, ownership, and performance—not a traditional dealership job.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead channels and optimize full marketing funnel
- Develop targeted campaign strategies aligned with inventory and OEM programs
- Enhance website SEO, merchandising, and user experience
- Drive customer lifecycle management, retention, and loyalty
- Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, compliance, and performance insights
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in performance marketing or digital growth, with strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and experience improving lead quality, conversion, and ROI. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fast-paced digital environments is a plus.
Compensation
Competitive salary offering $100,000 - $125,000 annually plus performance bonuses based on KPIs.
