We're searching for a Growth & Performance Manager to lead data-driven growth across all dealership locations. This role manages lead generation, digital performance, customer lifecycle, and sales funnel optimization—transforming traffic into sales with accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize inbound lead channels and improve conversion rates
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with inventory and OEM programs
  • Enhance website SEO, merchandising, and inbound demand
  • Drive customer retention, loyalty programs, and online reputation management
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and provide actionable insights
