Role Summary
We seek a Growth & Performance Manager to drive measurable business growth by optimizing lead generation, digital performance, and customer lifecycle management across sales, service, and parts operations. This is a data-driven, performance-focused role emphasizing accountability and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & funnel optimization from traffic through to sale.
- Campaign strategy aligning inventory with targeted offers and OEM programs.
- Manage digital platforms including SEO and merchandising for lead generation.
- Drive customer lifecycle, retention, and reputation management.
- Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure operational governance.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates with 5–8 years in performance marketing or digital growth, strong analytical skills, and a proven record in improving cost per lead and conversion rates. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-performance digital environments is a plus.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus with total compensation between $100,000 and $125,000 annually.
