Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth & Performance Manager to spearhead measurable business growth through managing lead generation, digital performance, and customer lifecycle across sales, service, and parts operations.
This performance-driven role focuses on data-driven strategies, ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes—not a traditional dealership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound lead channels and optimize the entire sales funnel
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns aligned with inventory
- Drive website performance and SEO strategies
