As the Growth & Performance Manager, you will spearhead full-funnel lead generation, optimize digital campaigns, enhance customer lifetime value, and execute data-driven strategies. This role prioritizes measurable business growth, accountability, and ownership.

What you'll do:

  • Own lead channels: website, Google, social media & more
  • Optimize traffic-to-sale funnel performance
  • Build targeted campaigns aligned with inventory
  • Enhance SEO, website, and merchandising
  • Develop CRM-driven customer retention & loyalty programs
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships

Who we're looking for:

Experienced marketing leader with 5-8 years in performance marketing or digital growth, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record improving ROI. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $125,000 base salary plus performance bonuses
