Role Summary

We seek a Growth & Performance Manager to drive measurable business growth, optimizing lead generation, digital performance, customer lifecycle, and funnel efficiency across vehicle sales, service, and parts operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead channels and optimize the full sales funnel.
  • Develop targeted campaigns aligned with inventory and OEM programs.
  • Enhance digital platforms with SEO and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement CRM-driven lifecycle and loyalty programs.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and governance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in performance marketing or digital growth, with a strong analytical and revenue-focused mindset. Experience improving cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI is essential. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
