Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Manager who will spearhead measurable business growth by optimizing lead generation, digital performance, and customer engagement. This role is unique—focused on data-driven marketing strategies, funnel optimization, and driving revenue through all stages of the sales cycle, from traffic to sale.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize all inbound lead channels and full sales funnel
  • Develop targeted campaign strategies aligned with inventory and OEM programs
  • Enhance digital platforms including SEO and website performance
  • Manage customer lifecycle strategies and online reputation
  • Lead budget oversight, vendor relationships, and performance analytics

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in performance marketing or digital growth with 5-8 years of hands-on execution
  • Skilled in lead generation, funnel optimization, and ROI improvement
  • Strong analytical thinker with a commercial mindset
  • Comfortable in high-accountability, cross-functional environments

Compensation
