Role Overview

We seek a Growth & Performance Manager to drive measurable business growth through optimizing lead generation, digital performance, and customer lifecycle management across sales, service, and parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize all inbound lead channels and the full sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement targeted campaign strategies aligned with inventory and OEM programs.
  • Enhance digital platforms focusing on SEO, website performance, and merchandising.
  • Drive customer lifecycle and retention through CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, compliance, and marketing execution with data-driven insights.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in performance marketing or digital growth with strong analytical skills and a passion for measurable results. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance bonus based on KPI achievements, ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
