Role Overview
As Growth & Performance Manager, you will spearhead measurable business growth by optimizing lead generation, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management across vehicle sales, service, and parts. This is a data-driven role focused on enhancing funnel efficiency from traffic to sale, emphasizing accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and funnel optimization across multiple channels
- Campaign strategy aligned with inventory and OEM programs
- Website, SEO, and digital merchandising management
- Customer retention, CRM strategy, and reputation management

Qualifications
