We are seeking a Growth & Performance Manager to lead data-driven growth, driving lead generation, digital performance, and optimized customer lifecycle management across vehicle sales, service, and parts.

Role Overview This performance-focused role is accountable for full funnel optimization from traffic to sale. Responsibilities include managing lead channels, campaign strategies, SEO, CRM initiatives, and budget allocations to maximize ROI and growth.

Who We're Looking For Candidates with 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth, excellent analytical skills, and a commercial mindset focused on measurable revenue outcomes. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or multi-location business environments is a plus.
