Role Overview
As a Growth & Performance Manager, you will lead measurable business growth by optimizing lead generation and digital performance across sales, service, and parts. This role owns the entire funnel, enhancing traffic, leads, appointments, and sales with a data-driven and performance-oriented approach focused on accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead channels including website, Google, Meta, and OEM platforms
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with inventory and OEM programs
- Enhance website performance, SEO, and merchandising
- Drive CRM lifecycle campaigns, improve customer retention, and manage brand reputation
- Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, compliance, and provide actionable insights
Candidate Profile
We seek a candidate with 5-8 years' experience in performance marketing or digital growth, ideally with a strong revenue and analytical mindset. Automotive background is not mandatory. Success is measured by reduced cost per lead, improved conversion, and optimized ROI.
