Job Description

We are seeking a Growth & Performance Manager to lead business growth for PAG Direct’s automotive group by optimizing lead generation, digital performance, and customer lifecycle management. This role drives the full sales funnel—from traffic to sale—across multiple locations. You'll build a data-driven growth function focused on improving lead volume, quality, engagement, and operational efficiency. This isn't a traditional dealership role; it's a high-accountability, performance-driven position where ownership and measurable outcomes matter.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Lead generation and funnel optimization
  • Campaign strategy aligned with inventory
  • Digital platform performance and SEO
  • Customer lifecycle & retention strategies
  • Budget and vendor management

Candidates with 5-8 years experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or similar environments and a strong focus on measurable results are encouraged. Backgrounds in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-performance digital environments are a plus.

Location: In-office at Thornhill Hyundai, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
