Grenier Automobile is seeking a Human Resources Agent to support the daily activities of our HR department. In collaboration with the Human Resources manager, you will participate in recruitment, onboarding, and integration activities, as well as various administrative and internal communication projects.
Your main responsibilities
- Write and publish job offers on different platforms.
- Screen applications and follow up with candidates.
- Provide administrative support for various stages of the recruitment process.
- Participate in welcoming and integrating new employees.
- Keep HR files, databases, and related documents up to date.
- Respond to employees' initial inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials, internal communications, and HR tools.
- Support various projects and daily activities of the HR team.
- Any other related tasks.
The profile sought - Degree in administration, office automation, secretarial work, human resources, industrial relations, or a related field. Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
