Job description
Polestar Montréal, integrated into the Taddeo Auto Group, is seeking a passionate and organized in-house technical advisor to support the proper development of the Service and Sales department operations. You will play a key role in coordinating between teams and will ensure that workflows related to internal work orders are carried out efficiently, while guaranteeing a flawless customer experience.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for developing tasks related to internal work orders.
- Management of the delivery board for the sales department.
- Ensure the delivery schedule is met on time.
- Ensure inspection sheets are complete for all internal work orders.
- Welcome customers in the service area if the technical advisors are busy.
- Sell service packages to customers during appointments.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in an automotive workshop/service or technical administration.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good team spirit and excellent focus on customer service.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the sales and service departments.
- Proficiency with common computer tools; knowledge of planning software or CRM is considered an advantage.
- Fluent French; English is an advantage.
