- Efficient client service ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Perform repair duties, diagnose & report vehicle conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, road test vehicles, and stay updated with manufacturer bulletins.
- Utilize computer skills including MS Office; experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.
What we need:
- Fully licensed (Red Seal) technician.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with quality focus.
- Previous dealership experience preferred, ideally related to Honda.
- Valid BC driver’s license with clean driving record.
