- Efficiently perform repairs and maintenance following dealership and OEM standards
- Communicate to manage production and customer expectations
- Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure safety and vehicle reliability
- Document all work accurately to secure warranty payments
- Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and training
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
- Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (or in progress), Red Seal is a plus
- Post-secondary automotive programs or related courses
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and work solo or in teams
- Valid driver's license with safe driving history
