What You’ll Do:
- Perform precise repairs and maintenance following OEM standards
- Collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and customer communication
- Conduct thorough inspections to recommend repairs for safety and reliability
- Keep detailed, OEM-compliant documentation of work
- Maintain your own specialized tool inventory
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and training
- Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong automotive knowledge across various makes and models
- Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate or in-progress
- Red Seal Certification is a plus
- Related education or training
- Professional, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator
- Skilled with electronic diagnostic tools
- Team player with integrity and a valid driver's license
