Job Description
We are looking for a Lease Renewal Manager for Léveillé Ford, to oversee the renewal of customer leases and optimize customer retention and profitability. Fixed-term contract of one year.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and implement the lease renewal strategy, aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
- Lead and develop the dedicated lease renewal team, ensuring exemplary customer service and achievement of retention and profitability KPIs.
- Manage the renewal pipeline, monitor deadlines, and negotiate renewal options, purchase conversions, or lease extensions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments to offer tailored solutions (renewals, vehicle options, financing programs) and maximize customer value.
- Analyze data and produce reports on renewal rates, profitability, and customer satisfaction; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish efficient processes, ensure compliance with Ford policies and internal standards.
- Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and promote a culture of customer service and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in leasing and after-sales service.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in management of lease renewals or rental contracts; knowledge of the Ford leasing program is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills, team management, and development abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Excel and CRM systems).
- Initiative, results-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Relevant degree in management, administration, finance, or related field; bilingual or functional English skills are a plus.
- Availability for a one-year fixed-term contract.
