About the Role:
We seek a Licensed Technician (310S) or Level 4 Mechanical Apprentice working towards 310S with automotive repair and inspection experience. You'll diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain vehicles, mentor apprentices, and potentially work flexible schedules including Saturdays.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM
You Are:
- Knowledgeable with expertise in diagnostics
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Careful and safety-conscious
- Organized and able to manage fast-paced work
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical inspections and repairs (brakes, exhaust, alignments)
- Maintenance services (oil changes, tire changes, safety procedures)
- Vehicle frame inspections and safety checks
- Pre and post-sale inspections and test drives
- Shop maintenance and customer parts quotes
Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic vehicle systems
- Valid G Driver's License with clean record
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Own tools
Nice to Have:
- License for Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVI)
- 310S Certification
- 3-5 years experience
- OEM Diagnostics and dealership experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter
