We are recruiting a Lot Attendant for our dealership 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd, located in Laval and part of the Tremblay Auto Groupe. Your responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide vehicles on the lot according to operational needs.
• Move, park and store vehicles in designated areas, in collaboration with the Sales and Service departments.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the lot, ensure safety and report any vehicle that is poorly parked, damaged or leaking.
• Perform visual checks of parked vehicles and note anomalies or needs for attention.
• Help manage the movements of incoming and outgoing vehicles and keep a simple log of activities on the lot.
• Participate in the overall organization of daily activities and ensure an efficient flow on the site.
• Work as a team to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience.

Profile recherché

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role (lot attendant, parking, automotive dealership customer service, etc.).
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong team spirit, organizational sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license (an asset).
• Autonomy, reliability and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
