We are looking for a Track Friend to join the Toyota St-Jerome team, an established dealership in Mirabel proud to have been part of the Toyota family since 1969. Our mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience and a stimulating work environment, while highlighting the quality and reliability that make our new and used vehicles reputable. Join us at 16,500 Montée Guénette, Mirabel, near Saint-Jérôme.
Job description
- Greet and guide customers as needed, facilitating the flow of vehicles on the track and in the designated circulation areas.
- Move, park, and store vehicles respecting internal procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the track and work areas, and ensure safety during movements.
- Assist service staff and technicians by supporting vehicle movements and daily logistics.
- Manage keys and documents related to vehicles in service or delivery.
- Participate in operational tasks related to customer service and addressing specific post-sales needs.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

- Customer service oriented attitude and team spirit.
- Excellent presentation and sense of service.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements and stay standing for extended periods; skill in moving vehicles safely.
- Valid driver's license; knowledge of safety regulations and good practices in vehicle maneuvering.
- Beginners accepted; no prior experience required, but motivation and reliability are essential.
- Autonomy, organizational sense, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
