Job Description
We are looking for lubrication and tire technicians to fill several positions within our young and dynamic team. If you want to be part of a team that prioritizes customer service, this role is perfect for you. You will work on various tasks related to lubrication and tire installation, application of anti-corrosion products, and will benefit from ongoing follow-up and training. Flexible schedule: weekdays and weekend days. You will conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality of work and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to lubrication and tire installation (mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, replacing, and checking pressures).
- Apply anti-corrosion products and ensure vehicle protection according to service standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and safety checks to ensure work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturer’s guidelines, while adhering to the standards of the auto center.
- Collaborate with the team to provide quality customer service and support continuous learning.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace and document performed interventions.

- 1 year of experience required.
- Basic knowledge of lubrication and tire installation/maintenance.
- Customer service skills, team spirit, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive division.
- Availability for flexible schedules including weekdays and weekends.
- Physical ability to handle tires and tools, with attention to quality work.
