What you’ll do:
- Lead process improvement initiatives using time studies, Pareto analysis, and problem-solving tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies and machine specifications for new programs.
- Apply Lean principles and implement corrective actions.
- Manage BOM accuracy and tooling drawings (SolidWorks).
- Support safety protocols and environmental standards (ISO14001:2015).
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Practical experience in automotive manufacturing and quality systems.
- Skilled in CAD modeling, APQP/PPAP, ERP systems, and GD&T.
- Knowledgeable of automation and Lean methodologies.
