Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, strong knowledge of APQP & PPAP, and proficiency with CAD software. Opportunities include working with state-of-the-art equipment, Lean processes, and contributing to innovative automotive manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve plant process flow using engineering principles and problem-solving tools
- Lead feasibility studies and capital equipment assessments
- Support APQP and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Implement corrective actions and mistake-proofing
- Collaborate on engineering changes and maintain BOMs
- Conduct audits and assist maintenance troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3-5 years automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and CAD
- Familiar with ERP, GD&T, and automation concepts
