Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve process flow and efficiency using manufacturing engineering tools
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new programs and equipment

  • Manage tooling drawings, process audits, and support safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive
  • Post-secondary engineering education
  • Experience with CAD software and quality management systems
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, automation, and metal forming is a plus
