Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance process flow using manufacturing engineering tools like Pareto, time studies, and labor balancing.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new programs and capital purchases.
- Lead APQP activities and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain BOMs, tooling drawings (SolidWorks), and support maintenance troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO environmental controls.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
- Post-secondary degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Familiarity with 3D/2D CAD, APQP, PPAP, GD&T, ERP systems, and Lean Manufacturing.
