Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CAD and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve plant processes using time studies, Pareto analysis, and problem-solving tools
- Conduct feasibility and capacity studies
- Lead APQP and PFMEA applications
- Implement corrective actions and mistake-proofing techniques
- Maintain BOMs and tooling documentation
- Support safety and quality standards including ISO14001:2015
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, GD&T, and automation concepts
- Strong hands-on experience with quality management and tooling design
