Key Responsibilities:
- Apply manufacturing engineering tools to improve plant process flow
- Conduct feasibility and capacity studies
- Engage in APQP, PFMEA, and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Implement corrective actions and mistake-proofing
- Maintain BOMs and tooling drawings with SolidWorks
- Promote safety and environmental management compliance
Qualifications include:
- 3-5 years in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive
- Post-secondary education in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
- Experience with CAD software, APQP & PPAP, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of GD&T, automation monitoring, and Lean Manufacturing principles
