Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive or similar manufacturing
- Engineering post-secondary education (mechanical or manufacturing)
- Knowledge of quality management systems, APQP & PPAP
- CAD modeling proficiency (2D/3D)
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems and automation concepts
