Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and organized marketing coordinator to join Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC, based in Hawkesbury, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and publishing photos of our vehicle inventory online, while supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening our presence and commercial appeal.
Responsibilities
- Take professional photos of vehicles in the showroom and outdoors, ensuring quality, framing, and visual consistency according to brand standards; perform light editing if necessary.
- Write clear, detailed, and web-optimized vehicle descriptions, respecting the group's branding and requirements.
- Publish and update listings on the dealership’s website and online platforms, ensuring the accuracy of information (models, options, prices, mileage, condition).
- Maintain the digital inventory of vehicles and ensure regular updates of listings.
- Support marketing campaigns: content planning, coordination with the sales team, contributions to social media and promotional communications.
- Monitor content performance (views, leads, engagement) and suggest optimizations.
- Participate in organizing photoshoots, launches, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, confidentiality, and conformity, as well as visual consistency of materials.
- Perform, if needed, additional tasks related to digital marketing and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (ideally in automotive or retail).
- Skills in photography and image editing (proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalents).
- Strong writing skills in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and publishing platforms (websites, social media, automotive listing platforms).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team spirit, good communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- Education or diploma in marketing, communication, or a related field preferred.
