Materials Planning Analyst – Automotive
Join our client as a Materials Analyst with expertise in complex supply chains and inventory control systems. Support production scheduling across press shop and assembly lines, optimize supply chains, manage inventories efficiently, and help reduce costs while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include analyzing material requirements, forecasting inventory levels, coordinating procurement, conducting inventory audits, driving MRP process improvements, and adhering to IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of automotive manufacturing supply chain experience, proficiency with SAP and ERP systems, licensed or trained in Lean Manufacturing, APICS, CPIM & USMCA, and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to interpret complex data and work under pressure is essential.
