Main tasks:
- Check requests listed on work orders and validate work with technical advisors;
- Diagnose mechanical or electrical problems and recommend appropriate repairs;
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand, mechanical, or electronic tools;
- Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, lubrication, tuning, etc.;
- Conduct road tests to properly identify issues;
- Communicate with technical advisors on vehicle status and upcoming work;
- Actively participate in ongoing training offered by Volvo;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Desired profile:
- Comfortable with hybrid and electric technologies (an important asset);
- Good team spirit and positive attitude;
- Methodical, thorough, and organized;
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods;
- Good physical condition;
- Valid driver's license.
