Job Title: Mechanic / Technician (1 year of experience required)

Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Toyota vehicles and other brands according to manufacturer procedures and service center standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and diagnostics using computerized tools and systems.
- Collaborate with technicians and the service team to ensure deadlines, the quality of interventions, and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document interventions, parts used, and technical observations, and comply with warranty and safety policies.
- Participate in continuous service improvement and attend technical training to keep skills up to date.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automobile mechanics.
- DEC in auto mechanics or equivalent; additional training considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Toyota systems and procedures; aptitude for diagnostics and interpreting diagrams.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, service-oriented mindset, and professional rigor.
- Valid driver’s license; availability to adapt to workshop needs.
- Fluent in French; knowledge of English would be an asset.
