Job description
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Mechanic / Technician to join our dynamic team at Volkswagen Laurentides. As a key member of our dealership, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging environment and use your skills to contribute to excellence in customer service. Main responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various Volkswagen vehicle models.
- Work in collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
- Use state-of-the-art tools and technologies to ensure high-quality repairs.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new technologies and repair techniques.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Required qualifications:
- Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent training.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a mechanic or automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment. (Volkswagen / Audi a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanical and electronic systems of vehicles.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with the team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
