About the role
Shape regional marketing for Dilawri’s Ontario dealerships through brand-compliant campaigns, dealership partnerships, and performance-focused media management.
The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the daily marketing contact for Ontario dealerships and works with General Managers on business priorities. This position manages annual plans, creative approvals, events, sponsorships, agencies, and media investment. Success requires strategic thinking, organization, relationship-building, and attention to detail across dealership, regional, national, and OEM stakeholders.
Use regional planning, agency coordination, media optimization, and dealership relationships to advance Dilawri’s Ontario marketing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with General Managers on plans, calendars, and promotions
- Coordinate agencies, creative approvals, launches, and performance reviews
- Optimize media investment using analytics, leads, conversion, and return
- Deliver private events, sponsorships, invitations, readiness, and follow-up
- Maintain Dilawri and OEM brand compliance across marketing activity
Requirements
- Strong marketing strategy, campaign management, SEO, and analytics knowledge
- Experience delivering sales events and partnership activations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Flexibility managing competing priorities professionally
- Automotive dealership or retail experience is an asset
