Job Description We are seeking an experienced Parts Clerk/Sales Advisor to join Joliette Ford Lincoln, a member of the St-Jean Group. This position combines counter sales and parts receiving and shipping activities within a dynamic, customer service-oriented dealership. Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs for parts and accessories; suggest tailored solutions and ensure high-quality service.
- Advise on parts and accessories for Ford and Lincoln vehicles, collaborating with the service team to address technical requests.
- Prepare, label, and ship orders; receive parts and perform conformity checks.
- Manage inventory: inventory verification, replenishment, and storage organization.
- Perform administrative tasks related to parts sales (billing, order tracking, record keeping).
- Keep the counter and display areas clean and organized; ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Meet sales and margin targets and contribute to parts promotion initiatives.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auto parts sales; experience in receiving/shipping is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; team spirit and results-oriented.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems; interest in Ford vehicles is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems.
