We are looking for a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to support our parts and after-sales service department activities. The role combines sales, technical advice, and parts management, with a strong focus on personalized service and customer satisfaction. You will operate at the heart of a Genesis experience, ensuring precise and efficient support at each step of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers on parts and accessories suited to their needs and their Genesis vehicle.
- Knowledge of Serti is an important but not mandatory asset.
- Identify the necessary parts, prepare quotes and orders, and ensure traceability until delivery.
- Manage the parts department inventory: receiving, quality control, preparing orders for workshops and customers, and participating in inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure smooth and rapid service.
- Use the parts management system and IT tools to process requests, orders, and returns.
- Participate in cross-selling initiatives and customer loyalty programs.
- Follow inventory procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety rules.
Profile Sought
- Minimum experience: 1 year in automotive parts sales or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems; experience with Genesis parts is an asset.
- Excellent relational skills, service orientation, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency with IT tools and parts management systems; quick learning capacity for internal software.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset; clear and professional communication.
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
