We are seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Volkswagen Popular. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service while contributing to the growth of our division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and understand their needs in terms of automotive parts.
- Advise customers on available products and services, ensuring they find the right parts for their vehicle.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, labeling, and storing parts.
- Process orders and parts pickups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is an asset, but we also welcome applications with no experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of motor vehicles and parts is a plus.
- Ability to work with computer tools to manage sales and inventory.
