Job Description:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs for automotive parts and accessories.
- Recommend suitable solutions, present the features of parts, and close sales by providing a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage orders, billing, and follow-up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure the availability and installation of parts when necessary.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, organize the counter, and optimize the presentation of parts in the store.
- Develop additional sales and contribute to the dealership’s objectives through proactive initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related role.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
- Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems (inventory, POS, CRM).
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail, with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
- Relevant training in the field of automotive parts or sales is recommended; eagerness to learn and adaptability.
