Grenier Chrysler Montreal East is looking for a motivated parts clerk/assistant to join its dynamic team!
Main responsibilities:
- Take photos of vehicles for the website.
- Assist in uploading photos to the website.
- Retrieve and deliver parts and materials to customers and suppliers.
- Greet customers at the parts counter professionally.
- Respond to technicians' requests by ensuring quick availability of needed parts.
- Search for, identify, and order auto parts as needed.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for parts.
- Participate in inventory management of parts.
- Move vehicles.
- Assist with customer pickup service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs (SERTI, Unisoft).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
