We are looking for a motivated and customer satisfaction-oriented Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to join the dynamic team at Gabriel Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Montreal. In this versatile role, you will be the preferred point of contact for our customers seeking genuine parts, accessories, and customized solutions for their Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure parts availability and quick installation if necessary.
- Prepare and process parts requests through the internal system, create quotations, and track orders until delivery.
- Manage inventory of parts in the showroom and warehouse; receive, label, organize, and perform periodic inventories.
