We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction and supporting our team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers on the products and parts needed for their vehicles.
- Manage the stock of parts, including receiving, organizing, and inventory management.
- Process orders and returns efficiently and organized.
- Collaborate with service teams and the workshop to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with products and market trends.
- Act as a representative on the road to prospect, develop, and retain external clients (garages, workshops, and partners).
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes.
- Bilingual (an asset)
